The Mudjimba Residents Association invites all members, residents, hall users and local businesses to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is an important opportunity for the community to:
• review the past year
• discuss future plans for the Hall and local initiatives
• vote on key decisions
• nominate and elect Committee positions for the coming year

This year’s AGM will also include an update on the 2026 community engagement and events plan, alongside feedback gathered from our community survey.

Who Can Attend:
All Mudjimba residents and supporters are welcome.
Members have full voting rights.
Non-members are welcome as observers and are encouraged to join before the meeting.
